When you get an error like this:

·F 0:02:47.580974 {SPU[0x2000001] Thread (VCMathnodeSPUThread) [0x08c5c]} class std::runtime_error thrown: Unknown STOP code: 0x111 (Out_MBox=0x87654321)
(in file c:\projects\rpcs3\rpcs3\emu\cell\sputhread.cpp:2328)

You can just hit the play button in the RPCS3 ui and the game should resume and keep running. It may crash again shortly after though. From what I can tell, this should be able to go ingame and you're probably experiencing a race condition. I'm going to move this to General Discussion until it can be retested a few more times to confirm it can't go ingame considering the other ID for this game is listed as being able to go ingame.
