Brutal Legend is now ingame

Tested with: RPCS3 v0.0.3-3-3c9126d

It runs at about 12 fps, but graphics are completely messed up. 

Settings:
PPU: LLVM
SPU: ASMJIT
LLE: Automatically load required libraries
GPU: Vulkan
