What do you mean by "Vulkan release"?
There's only one release with all the renders in, did you download the latest from appveyor?

Yes latest releases, downloaded thru emucr.com/.

Emucr builds vulkan-wip by merging my vulkan-wip branch into their fork and compiling, sometimes when I'm in the middle of writing highly experimental stuff. If you need rpcs3 support, you need to use the official master builds.
