Its okay to me use this extension. But for the sake of being strict, this is required for opnengl 4.5. E.g. This is mandatory extension for xenia emulator (ogl 4.5 only)

EDIT: Mhh well, after rethinking. You might be right in that varoius opengl apps can use extensions from upper opengl versions. But this extension is available on gpus that support ogl 4.5 at minimum, this is hardware specific. so to use this extension, you need gpu that support ogl 4.5 anyway.

Well, Lets leave code as it is , so that my ogl 4.4 gpu can use rpcs3, excluding games with that extension implemented.
