Seems to work okay on OpenGL too if you use LLE, check Write color buffers and enable swizzling for some texture formats - CELL_GCM_TEXTURE_A1R5G5B5 and CELL_GCM_TEXTURE_A4R4G4B4. FPS is too low to test gameplay exhaustively on my old laptop.
