Mandelbrot Fractal Zoomer

Try to compile from my branch, if you can, because it has configs broken.

83 warnings, but it did compile nonetheless on the second try...

This is good. I went from 1 fps to 18 fps.

Now I guess we also need the PPU recompiler. The interpreter probably bottlenecks performance a lot too.

EDIT: Disgaea 3 doesn't go past the loading screen, yet. (I will wait patiently though)
