Part of the PS3 OS. Google how to get it from your own console, of course ...

i dont even have the option to pause the audio like in the pic.

Go back in the log and you will most likely see some sys_fs errors. Either you need to move all the files in \dev_hdd0\game\NPEB00614\USRDIR up one level (so that they are in \dev_hdd0\game\NPEB00614\) or, you are missing flashmp3.pic. The log will have some red lines telling you.

no, i dont miss any files (probably) and i dont have any sys_fs errors. i have dev_flash/2/3 and probably all files needed in it
