Wrong title, fixed. Careful not to misspell game titles

On today's nightly, a screen doesn't even pop up. Get errors in the output and the emu freezes (have to force quit). Using above settings.

Game loads now but it freezes in the menus before you can load gameplay:

When you reach the following screen two things can happen, If you are running vulkan it will give a Working buffer not big enough error but with OpenGL this does not happen.
However with OpenGL the menu screen seen below will stay up even though the game is running in the background and you can even hear in-game audio and attempt to drive around completely blind.

Note: if you're using OpenGL you must LLE libvdec.sprx failing to do this gives the following error:

You can get in game fine with:
OpenGL
Legacy Buffers
Disable the BGM (you can turn off right before starting race)

Only minor gfx issues and (as expected) low FPS.

Ingame

Requires OpenGL, Legacy Buffers (this is a debug setting to change it you must edit the config.yml or enable the Debug tab in GuiConfigs/Currentsettings.ini and change it there. And finally disable BGM before you start a race.

Ingame with 30-60 FPS and some stutters, the trees and track background often flickers but the game hangs during the new car awarded cutscene.
