Never mind. I still got occasional graphical glitches. They appear randomly in certain areas. For people with graphic glitches try enabling vertical sync.

I tried a different version of the emulator but after an hour I finally got a freeze.

My i5 6500 is not good enough for the game it looks like, 100% load, lagging like crazy

Try:
Lower SPU thread priority
Prefered SPU threads: 4
SPU loop detection: On

And of course, LLVM, ASMJIT, and Vulkan.

Our graphics developer was playing on an i3.

Freezing was explicitly fixed. Use the latest version from rpcs3.net/download

I just went and downloaded the latest version (0.0.3-5479) and I'm still getting freezes.

It's playable for certain setups but as you can see from the thread quite a few of us are having tons of issues.

PC conf: i7-6700K 4.01 GHz, 24 GB RAM, GeForce GTX 970.
Settings:
PPU LLVM Recompiler
SPU ASMJIT Recompiler
SPU loop detection: On
4 prefered SPU threads (probably, but you have to test)
OpenGL or Vulkan (faster) + Write Color Buffers + Invalidate cache every frame
