RSX: Found Vulkan-compatible GPU: 'NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti' running on driver 561
App Version: 2.00

Status: Ingame

Settings:
- Network: Not Connected
- PSN Status: Not Connected

What works:
everything, runs well, no bugs/glitches that can't be fixed with patches

What doesn't work:
main issue: game freezes when the cutscene where you first meet the informant in the building ends or is skipped
optional, if you have a fix: every now and then, about every 15- 50 minutes of gameplay it crashes, game can be paused for hours and it wont crash or in cutscenes. what matters is if active gameplay is happening

Untested:
I have tried looking through forums and videos to no avail, changed so many settings and nothing seems to get me passed the cutscene

reposting with edit to follow guidelines and new log for the new version of rpcs3, hopefully a new update doesn't come out again before this post is approved
edit: new update, new log, same settings, same freezes, same s**t, would love help before yet another update happens and I have to retrigger the freeze
