My PC is enough to emulate Persona 5, but no settings works for me

I see a lot of people on Youtube with similar PC or even lower and playing Persona 5 smoothly, but all settings that I have tried doesn't works for me. The cutscenes and the game in general are laggy.

Windows 10 64 bits 
RX 580 4gb 
i5 3470 
8gb RAM DDR3

What settings and version of the emulator do you suggest to me?
