I see a lot of people on Youtube with similar PC or even lower and playing Persona 5 smoothly, but all settings that I have tried doesn't works for me. The cutscenes and the game in general are laggy.

My PC: 

Windows 10 64 bits 
RX 580 4gb 
i5 3470 
8gb RAM DDR3

What settings and version of the emulator do you suggest to me?
