Game should be LOADABLE. EU version of the game [BLES00038] is reported as ingame, needing libvdec.sprx to get ingame. Thread can be found here. However even with libvdec.sprx and even trying interpreters, I can't even get to intro. Maybe I have some bad settings somewhere else? I verified the dump with the IRD so it's not that.
