I am getting Vulkan related errors when I launch RPCS3, I have provided screenshots to the errors I see in the attachments as well as the log. I have a RX Vega 56 and I already have tried reinstalling my video card drivers with DDU and they are updated to their latest version.
Ryzen 7 3700X
Radeon RX Vega 56
Windows 10

I had similar issues. Have you tried rolling the drivers back? I've attempted quite a few things, but I finally did get it to work by rolling back the drivers, but it took a LOT of work. You can reference this post and try what I did:
