Status: I think, We can move this game to "Playable", you can finish the game with a good stability and performance (I think), it's mandatory to use a Dualshock 4 or Dualshock 3 due to Sixaxis for some sections and complete the game, I set 200us Driver Wake-up Delay to get a better stability

Gameplay: 60-50-40-32 FPS (Never goes below like 24 or 17, Never)
Cutscenes: 60-50 FPS
Movies: 60 FPS
Bicocumon Mode: 30 FPS Solid

All the entire game has good FPS, but, in the Episode 4 (Of Mice and Mechs), it can drop the FPS, but never goes down like 26 or 19, it's always 32 or 36, if you explore all the map, the FPS change
I don't know if you guys want this game run "60 FPS all the time" al least if you have a powerful CPU, but it was a good experience

You can find small issues, like a fire glitch, or the picture doesn't render correctly (That's only happen when you play the game in Native resolution. 720p), you can try fix that, enable Force CPU Blit Emulation (Debug Tab) and Write Colors Buffers (GPU Tab), but I would not recommend using that
, due to the performance can be bad, Use the patch "Disable MLAA" in Patch Manager to fix the photo issue, but the fire wall thing is still present
Write Color Buffers isn't needed.
Force CPU Blit isn't needed if using MLAA patch. The only reason to use Force CPU Blit is to fix resolution scaling, but it breaks the torches. And resolution scaling works if using MLAA patch anyway.
MLAA Patch also improves performance, so definitely use it.

You need a Dualshock 3, Dualshock 4 or Dualsense, you can't complete the game without it
I'm getting really bad stuttering with this game occasionally. It's starts out nice and smooth and then randomly the performance tanks and it feels like it's playing at or below 30 FPS while still showing a constant 60 FPS. Temps are fine and I'm pretty sure my system specs are good enough for this game. It was freezing and crashing to the desktop sometimes with fatal errors. The log file recommended I increase the Driver Wakeup Delay which I did. The crashing stopped but the stuttering continues. I noticed also during the stuttering I loose input on my controller: I go to jump and I end up walking off a cliff, lol. Everything is set as default. I have the framelimit set to 60 but I've tried setting it to auto to no prevail. I've also tested on fresh installs of Windows 10 and 11 as well as linux with the same results.

**UPDATE** (02/18/24) Turns out it was my GPU. I side-graded to a RX 6700 XT for unrelated reasons and noticed the stuttering is gone. Must've been an nVidia thing.
can I use XBOX series X controller? Or, may be, can I redefine control bindings in rpcs3 pad settings?

OK, I've just ordered Dualshock 3. How to control vibration by it? I should press some button?
