Tested on 9 combinations of the Renderer, PPU, and SPU configurations. RPCS3 struggles the entire time to get anything on the console output.

IN-GAME, i've already unlocked half the cars ... Please Move to Playable... (there is just 1 Track + 10 cars) Japanese version (FW1.10) is older then EU/US (FW1.50)

PS:
SET Default Resolution to 1080p instead of 720p to avoid this result... just for the older JAP version of GT HD...
upscaling was fine, used 200% + 16x AF for eg...

It's not playable because performance is awful in third person also it crashes often.
Ingame as of RPCS3 v0.0.4-6201-bfb3144f Alpha no idea why this thread got moved back to intro...
