Speedhacks stopped working a while ago in all Disgaea games which kinda makes them not very fun to play any more any fix for that?

i know with newer hardware i was able to get to 30 FPS however that was on 3.3 i haven't update it yet

If you're getting a black screen right at the beggining (when trying to access the very first world), change your settings from LLVM to ASMJIT. This happened on my ryzen 2500u laptop, after that it ran without issues.
