for what? you can check shoopdahoop22's log, it's the same, but I just turned on "libnet" LLE function.
it's cannot be loaded with PPU LLVM anymore.

Portal 2 not working on RPCS3 v0.0.3-13-e677751 Alpha

You need to load libsysmodule.sprx

With libsysmodule.sprx same error

Portal 2 stucks on this screen with log spam and low fps

Just post whole log with reseting emulator before playing one game and closing emulator to generate log for game that u played

Now it works with LLVM Recompiler!
It's a huge performance improve.
Unfortunately, I got random crash in this video. I could've got to pass until first portals the previous time.
Missing version Identifier, i edited it into your post after downloading the log, but please read the compatibility guidelines: https://forums.rpcs3.net/thread-196671.html to make sure you provide all the relevant information in the future.

I downloaded the log and compressed it with 7zip using LZMA2 + Ultra and it was small enough to attach. If that's not enough you can always split the files or just run the game again for a short amount of time.
Making sure you have a fresh log (restart rpcs3 if it's open before making a log of a game run so it only contains information from one run) can also help with the log sizes.
