RPCS3 v0.0.25-14394-8b934abc Alpha
Tested on: Intel Xeon CPU E3-1240 v5 @ 3.50GHz / NVidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GPU / 16GB RAM
As with the Euro version, when launching the game it gets stuck on the initial loading screen and repeatadly spams the log with the following message thousands of times until the host disk runs out of space:
·W 0:01:29.708552 {PPU[0x100000f] Thread (DLC) [0x0151133c]} sys_fs: sys_fs_readdir(fd=11, dir=*0xd00e0bd0, nread=*0xd00e0ac8)
However, it is possible to get past this stage using a similar workaround as for Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13 and 14, which is to launch the game at least once, close RPCS3, delete the [RPCS3Folder]\dev_HDD0\game\BLUS30572\PARAM.SFO file and then launch the game again. Although the "Setting up trophies" overlay won't go away, behind it the game gets past the loading screen, through the intro video, and gets as far as a screen where it's waiting for a USB dongle to be attached.
