Ingame . Crashes on the in-game with  F {RSX [0x002e614]} SIG: Thread terminated due to fatal error: Dead FIFO commands queue state has been detected!

Did a quick test and it goes ingame for me. Have you perhaps tried validating your pkg?

Yeah it is in-game some of my pkg was broken so I have to dump them again. will update the rest later today.
