uncharted 3: light beam effect not properly scaled when scaling enabled

I followed guidance from https://wiki.rpcs3.net/index.php?title=U..._Deception except that:
 - Set Resolution Scale to 200% to fit my 2k display
 - Enabled patches: Depth border fix, Disable Camera Shake, Disable Depth of Field, Disable in-built-MLAA, Disable mesh trimming, enable gpu lighting, perfomance, post-processing modes, unlock fps
And seems that light beams remain 100% scaled and stay in bottom left corner, not sure if its a bug or wrong settings
