Hi, everyone.

I'm experiencing silent crash of the emulator "RPCS3 v0.0.17-12437-770a607b Alpha".

I have tried:
  1. remove firmware cache
  2. remove PPU/SPU cache
  3. change SPU settings
  4. rename dump files in order to fix non-fatal errors in the log
  5. run game without sound at all
  6. run game via OpenGL and Vulkan, tried them both
No improvement. Logs attached.

My guess it has something to do with PPU module:

What kind of game is that? "RXUMK4149" is not a valid Game ID", how did you dump that? Is that some kind of mod that is overriding the Game ID?

It's Mortal Kombat 3 (Ultimate), but honestly I'm getting the same crash with "Sonic the Fighters". Also pkg kind of a dump.

That game doesn't seem to be on PS3, it appears as if you're attempting to run a homebrew
Upload a log for the sonic game, then

Bad settings. Reset your settings to default (delete config.yml and any custom configurations you may have made for games).

Not possible, you've changed settings from default again. Delete the config and don't change anything. Also, you're missing a RAP licence for either the game or one of its DLCs.

Could be a bug with SSE2 only CPUs, but can't tell as long as settings are wrong, every log you've provided so far has a different outcome / error.

Also, this is likely unrelated, but a few users reported not being able to boot games on RPCS3 with no apparent error on log files, and that the issue was solved once they updated Windows. You're 2 versions behind the latest Windows 10 version, so it's worth a shot.
