Drakengard 3 patch 60fps and cheat code?

I have found the old one 60fps patch but no longer working with patch manager v1.2. it's require new format. Could anyone get me to something that can make/convert it work

need some cheat code I just want to go along with the story (enjoy) not to worry about fighting

DOD3 60 FPS patch comes in the patch manager.
