Hi I have been wanting to play TLoU but I have tried many settings 
but none seem to make it playable for me.
Just trying my luck maybe someone has the same specs as me.
Ryzen 2700 / GTX 970 / 16gb ddr4

It's not considered Playable on that regardless of specs, you can just aim for the best performance you can get
Missing log file, make sure you enabled what's mentioned on the Wiki page for that game
