Hi guys.... I have this problem: after do the configuration just like Whatcookie says in: https://rpcs3.net/blog/2019/08/12/new-de...fps-patch/ the game runs perfectly fluid and with 60 fps, but.... its move really fast! like in fast motion camera.... wich make imposible to play. I don´t know what to do already....

My PC:
        Intel Core i5-4440 CPU  3.10GHz
        RAM: 16Gb
        GPU: Radeon RX 570 4Gb

Thanks!!

PD: Also I have to say that, this is the only configuration where the game works (the Whatcookie config), in all the others configs. I have tried, the game does not run smoothly and I have thousands of other problems (such as fps drops, freezing, or frame to frame movements)

The blog post you linked say the instructions there don't apply, you need to use the patch in Game Patches inside the emulator and follow the notes it has.

Either way, forget proper 60 FPS with that CPU, you'll get performance issues even at 30 FPS.

Thanks for answering.  Ok.... so.... the problem is with my microprocessor? Is too old? or the frecuency is too low? or what?

All of them would apply. Upgrade to something modern, ideally with at least 6 cores 12 threads which is today's mid tier. 4 cores and 8 threads is also fine but that's today's low tier. 4 cores 4 threads is useless nowadays.
