Blue filter in WALL-E. [BLUS30151]

My friend gave me the DVD and I dumped it, however when I try to load the game in RPCS3 there is a blue filter during gameplay. It is very annoying.

I am running this on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.
GPU is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960.
