Demon's Souls freezes at launch ("Checking Trophy Set...")

I have been playing this game without any issues for 88 hours.
But now, when i want to launch the game it freezes in "Checking Trophy Set... Do not turn off the system."

I would really appreciate if you could help me fixing this issue, somehow.
