Hi guys,

I just started using RPCS3 so this problem may be universal for all games but I don't have any other games at the moment to test it on.

As far as my own personal investigation went I'm pretty sure the issue is centering around the fact the file failing to verify is directing itself to the D: drive, which is the disk drive for me (my HDD is on E: ).

The error is as follows:

Verification failed:

(in file D:\a\1\s\rpcs3\Emu\Memory\vm.cpp:771)

The log file can be downloaded here: https://mega.nz/file/bFQm1RQK#H1cuHkrkEd...6ZoAtqsbaE

P.S I followed all the suggestions in the "how to ask for support" thread to no avail.

Running as admin or a later build of RPCS3 fixed it :^)

Thank you!  Smile

Either a new addition to the game being pushed or running it in admin fixed it. I figured the problem was with the virtual machine after making the original post and the D: drive in question was the VM's. After closing the game this time it downloaded more PPU (i think?) packages then launched the game again to play the opening cinematic. Either way, problem solved Smile
