Demon's Souls sudden issue

Hi everyone, I used to play Demon's souls quite often and it was working perfect until today, the game has this issue, the game softlocks after checking the trophy set and the log shows this code line: 

I really don't know what to do the game was perfectly fine.

I keep getting this. Now that I updated RPCS3, it doesn't show all the lines it normally would in the log in the emulator, just this message every time the game hangs at 'creating save data'. This path seems to exist when I look at 'Save Data' in RPCS3, and I manually made a \home\...\ path in the actual RPCS3 folder. Cleared caches, reset directories, fiddled with settings, deleted and re-extracted RPCS3. No log file is being generated.
