FPS Above does not meet playable standards, but the game is indeed playable with a mid-range desktop CPU. Also the models are partially black above only due to GrantKane not using Write Color Buffers. Write Color Buffers will impact performance slightly, but it's still easy to hit 60fps. I was locked at 60 on my old R7 1700 a couple years ago.
