Ratchet & Clank: Tools of Destruction issues [BCES00052]

There are a few issues in this game. First, sound can interrupt when FPS is not 60. Second, there is an issue in water (you can see pixels in water) (screenshot). Third, game needs a special patch, because if you do not use it, image  in game can be randomly stopped, but after that you can hear sound from game. With patch I completed the game, but with these issues playing the game is uncomfortable. When will be next fix R&C games?
