KH 2.5 HD ReMIX [BLUS31460] keeps crashing

Tried posting once before, but no one replied.

Game keeps crashing when entering a room or exiting a world.
Drivers, firmware and emulator are up-to-date.
Crashes on both Vulkan and OpenGL.
One time it crashed so hard my PC froze.

16GB DDR4 RAM
