Problem with "The Last of Us"

Hello dear forum members! I am having trouble with starting the last of us. A screen comes up and then gives an error. 

My computer specifics are
Intel i5-4570
16gb ram
AMD Radeon HD 7900

Is my computer not powerful enough?

That's far from being enough to run TLOU, even if it becomes Playable
