I'm playing through God of War Ghost of Sparta and if my VBlank Frequency is set to anything higher than 60Hz, FMV's are stuck on a single frame that updates every 10 or so seconds, but audio plays out smoothly. What can I do? Can I somehow make it change automatically when an FMV starts playing?

You can change the VBlank while in-game, it's a dynamic setting

I do know that, but if the FMV has started and I change back to 60Hz it still is frozen. It needs to be 60Hz from the beginning of the FMV, but I don't know when they happen, so I can't predict it.

There's no other way for now, you have to play at base framerate
