RPCS3 0.0.9-10246-a203ff67 Alpha

- FPS drops at the game start (on credits screen, before loading the cinematic). FPS in the cinematic are variable, but turns over 20-30 FPS, so not so bad.

- Credits screen, before loading the cinematic, can sometimes drop to 8 FPS.

- FPS drops due to big shader compilations in game but works fine over time, once they're compiled.

- Background image in-game seems to be badly rendered.

Used Recompiler (LLVM) for the sake of the test.

Indeed, I didn't want to say "Playable" directly 'cause I did it in a early testing state (around 5-10 minutes ingame) but ignoring those little "things" it can be Playable.

I also precise that I'm using version 1.00, no updates involved.
