[Ar nosurge] always white screen

Like the title says, no matter what settings I change, it's always a blank screen with 0 fps. Tested both US disc and digital versions (BLUS31478 and NPUB31579 respectively).

Use defaults + Vulkan. And update your GPU drivers first.
