Black Screen on game bootup.

So I started playing Asura's Wrath today, and after an hour or two play session I took a break. Returning I found that i could not play Asura's Wrath or Tales of Graces F (only two games I have). Both boot up after compiling shaders and show a black screen, which was weird because I didn't change anything. The fps locks at whatever number it was, so I think it is freezing.
I have tried changing various cpu and gpu settings to no avail, as well as restarting my pc twice.

EDIT: made my message clearer, added that the fps locks when it is stuck at the black screen.

Still having this issue, tell me if there is any information I can give that would help with troubleshooting it. I originally thought I had put my log file in the OP, but I hadn't. So that is there now!

Was able to solve the problem with help from Discord, just reinstalled the program!
