ETERNAL SONATA [BLES00444]
The time needed to saving\load a save is tied to the fps
If I run the game at 30fps(or lets say I can't get more than 30(I can but that's not the point)),when you press X on Load to display all of your saves or make a save,it takes twice as much time than when the game is running at 60fps

Title screen=>Press X on load=>wait 8 seconds until you see your saves - at 60fps
Title screen=>Press X on load=>wait 16 seconds until you see your saves - at 30fps

Loading as save at 60fps - 8 seconds
Loading as save at 30fps - 16 seconds

Outside of menus(walking\battles\cut scenes)the game full speed is 30fps

Its a JRPG thing, so many JRPGs I have seen weird issues like loading speed tied to framerate, not sure what the reason would be, either the saving/loading is a fake delay or they coded the game to process X amount of data every frame.
