Game should be listed as playable. Game plays very well at nearly a locked 60 FPS with a few graphical issues. First, parts of the sky are not rendered at each stadium, which can be seen at the top of the screen here:

There is also an issue with the baserunner window only rendering the baserunner and not the environment around him, the window is just a baserunner and a black background as seen in the top right corner here:

I made this image a bit larger so you could also see the third issue, which is that all player (as well as umpire and 3D fan models) deal with reflections poorly and almost look wet. This is easier to see in video format, so I attached gameplay of two innings below, where you can see all three of these issues.
