Hello! I want to run most games with 1080, x16 Anisotophic Filter, Auto or better anti-aliasing, and 800 Resolution Scale. However, my fps is about 7-10. I want my fps around 30 to 60. What nvidia settings should I tweak to make this possible, or is my computer too old?

It's a Nvidia 1060 GTX 6 GB edition.
ASUS Prime Z-270a
16 GB RAM
intel 7700K High Performance
Windows 10 Pro x64 bit.

What is the minimum these days to run at my specified settings? How much would this cost me?

800% Resolution Scale will obviously trash your performance
Use default settings and scale to your screen's resolution or one step above.
