Persona 5 on a fairly decent system -> Horrible stutter and low FPS (~20)

Hi all, like the title says, I have a fairly decent PC, and I've tried all kinds of different settings but I'm getting absolutely horrible stutter and sub 24 frames per second Sad Any help would be greatly appreciated...

system:
i5 6600k
16gb DDR4 ram
Samsung EVO 980 SSD
Nvidia GTX 970
All drivers are up to date, as well as Win 10 pro




[RPCS3 settings]

PPU Decoder - LLVM Recompiler
SPU Decoder - ASMJIT Recompiler
Firmware Settings - Load liblv2.sprx only
Additional Settings - all checked (I've also tried all "Un" checked)
Preffered SPU Threads - 2 (I've also tried auto)
SPU Block Size - Safe
TSX Instructions - Enabled
Firmware Libraries - None checked

:::::::GPU:::::::
Renderer - OpenGL (I've also tried Vulkan)
Aspect Ratio - 16:9
Anisotropic Filter - 2x (I've also tried auto)
Default Resolution - 1280x720
Resolution Scale (150% (1920x1080))
Resolution Scale Threshold - 16x16
Additional Settings - None checked

Set everything to default, SPU LLVM and Vulkan, then upload an actual RPCS3.log file following the Guide of this section
I've removed the copy pasta flood from the emulator window
    Desktop: Ryzen 7 5800X,   Radeon RX 6800 XT, 2x8G DDR4 3600MHz, Manjaro Linux
     Laptop: Ryzen 9 5900HX,  Radeon RX 6700M,   2x8G DDR4 3200MHz, Manjaro Linux
Old Desktop: AMD FX-8350,     Radeon R9 280X,    2x4G DDR3 1600MHz, Manjaro Linux

Set Preferred SPU Threads to 2 and update your GPU drivers
Other than that, settings are correct, you'll get the best performance you can get
