how do i turn off multithreaded RSX?

how do i turn off multithreaded RSX?

with the newest PR [8300] rac tools of destruction [bces00052] crashes with multithreaded rsx on, but i cant figure out how to turn it off

it was specificaly stated that its multithreaded rsx causing the crashes, as it apparently works fine with off

Also, it's OFF by default, so it's a bit hard for you to have it enabled if you don't know where to toggle it, may be crashing due to other error
