Metal Gear Solid HD Collection - Italian language not working

Hi, for some reason Metal Gear Solid HD Collection display english instead of italian, but italian should be included in the game. I've got the EUR version, so italian language should theoretically work, but it just doesnt. Spanish and French work correctly...
How could I solve?
