Attached is the RPCS3 log file, game settings, and game screenshots.  I have been able to play several complete games with NCAA Football 12.  I did encounter a few screens in game with distorted graphics but game play is not a problem and playable.

Changed SPU Decoder setting to LLVM Recompiler and the game plays perfectly without any graphical issues (screenshots and logs posted above).  I believe this game can now be moved to the Playable category.

You shouldnt be getting fps that bad(looking at the screenshots) with your cpu can you retest with vulkan and spu llvm(block size mega). Also try spu loop enabled although that might hurt sound.

I changed over to the settings you mentioned and the fps seemed to be a little better for the most part.  No issues with sound.

also he never post screen shots of normal gameplay camera angles.  its always at odd angles or replays, never actual gameplay screenshots. my guess is that it runs at 20 fps on his system and he calls it playable anyway

Attempted to play this version of the game and it still performed as badly as the disc version though loaded a bit better. Horrible flickering issues and freezes at the start of each game's kick off. Most of the options are normal besides having write color buffers option on but it still still had this issue even before. Honestly I think this setting improves the stability slightly. All and all this should probably go back down to in-game unless anyone show different.

My CPU is a Ryzen 5 1600 AF and GPU is a GTX 1070
Current Emulator state: RPCS3 v0.0.12-10923-0c3c3417 Alpha
