Maybe try write color buffers to fix some of those visual issues. Anyway this is ingame, thanks for testing.

It doesn't crash when using special attacks anymore?
    Desktop: Ryzen 7 5800X,   Radeon RX 6800 XT, 2x8G DDR4 3600MHz, Manjaro Linux
     Laptop: Ryzen 9 5900HX,  Radeon RX 6700M,   2x8G DDR4 3200MHz, Manjaro Linux

I've played some battles, used all kinds of attacks and special attacks like the one in luffy's screenshot where he is using his special attack (R3 Button) and it didin't crashed a single time.
