RPCS3 v0.0.5-6692-98b715d8c Alpha | HEAD
Intel® Core i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz | 8 Threads | 31.96 GiB RAM | AVX+ | TSX
Game - Nascar The Game: Inside Line [BLUS30932]
Status - In-Game
Details:
Prior builds (6649 for instance) had a lot of lag and issues in the menus but the SPUASMJIT2 merge smoothed it out for the most part. The game hovers around 30 fps in the menus and between 10 and 20 fps in-game. While it is technically playable (the game does not crash and you can continue the career mode seemingly indefinitely) there are visual issues that make it near impossible to play without difficulty.
I've detailed an issue report with renderdocs detailing the issue. I've also gotten newer screenshots in the latest builds and a log file.
Screenshot 1: Write Color Buffers Disabled
Screenshot 2: Write Color Buffers Enabled
That's simple enough, but the next issue is a real game breaker. Any time any kind of shaking or collision happens, all of the 3D temporarily whites out as it attempts to do a screenwide effect. Because this happens over the course of driving, you're almost always temporarily blinded at least once or twice a race. If you get it on a straightway, you can survive it, but usually if it happens in a turn that's going to cause issues.
