I was wondering why the application itself and the download page provide different version numbers instead of one identical one?

For example:
The current downloadable version is named "v0.0.4-7831 (70fe0cc) Alpha [2018-01-30]" (taken from the download page on rpcs3.net) but once you start rpcs3 it presents itself as "0.0.4-6368".

One is the appveyor build number, the other is the commit count. The latter is the more accurate.

I know, that always throws me off. I feel like I'm not updating my emulator correctly, or there are other files in some remote folder that I've no idea need replacing.
