In the latest versions the start button stopped working using xinput control, I tested in Super Street Fighter 2 HD, Marvel vs Capcom 2, all other control works, in the game Cuboid and Prince of Persia Classic worked everything normally, where could be the problem?

It's already fixed, you need to wait for the open pull request that fixes that to get merged
