What is it I am doing wrong? I followed some guides on YouTube that shows where I was supposed to put the Rap file. IS there something I am missing?

Don't follow YouTube guides, there's a Quickstart guide that tells you how to properly do it and also where to place RAP files

If you look at compatibility list, you'll see that's not compatible.
https://rpcs3.net/compatibility?g=NPUB30910

Only disc versions work.
