Hey...

Firstly my PC specs for your amusement and perusal.

Win 10 64bit
8gb RAM
Onboard Intel Graphics
Intel Celeron N3060 2 cores @ 1.60ghz

I can run PCSX2 games at a constant frame rate without sound by way of a benchmark.
I can run most modern games at med/low settings.

My dream is to run the Yakuza games at a playable frame rate. At present from a base installation of RPCS3 I can run Yakuza 3 USA at a modest 10/20fps without sound. I don't care about quality or sound but would like a playable experience. Is that achievable with the above specs? If its possible could anyone advise what are the recommended settings in RPCS3?

Please be aware, I am not remotely concerned about quality of visuals/resolution/sound. So long as its playable and I can get the 'feeling' of the game I am more than happy with that.

Hoping that you guys will work some kind of miracle or something.

Seriously appreciate any and all responses! Huge thanks!

I'm more surprised your onboard Intel Graphics even supports OpenGL 4.3 on such a weak processor in the firs tplace.

SPU performance improvements may help you in the future I think. The fact you can run Yakuza 3 at 10/20 FPS on that already is a miracle by itself.

Ani is right. It is incredible that you PC can run at that speed already. You need to upgrade to an i7 Sandy bridge and up. If you are low on cash this is as LOW as you can go (Sandy Bridge). The more threads the better for RPCS3.

Still, a newer architecture is a must for full speed. Sadly is how it is.
